Commercial Workstream Project Manager

Project management in Commercial Workstream, main object is to fulfill business case from Nordea when buying Nordea Pension from Topdanmark. The consultant will be leading several critical projects and development in order to reach the objective.

Senior project manager with pension experience, stakeholder management and ability to drive execution of tasks in complex organizations with resources from various business areas.

Required skills:

• Stakeholder management
• Bridge builder, ability to create common goals and getting different people profiles to work together.
• Hands on as apposed to sitting as king on top (PMO and PM is same person)
• Handle issues in program and create workable solutions. Only escalate necessary areas to top management.
• High success delivery rate from previous programs
• Political Theft.

Ability to kick start a program
Understand both bank organization and Life and Pension organization
