Java Developer/ Analyst

The client is developing the future Order Management applications .For this role they are looking for a Senior Developer with of knowledge on trading systems and financial markets. The ideal candidate is having a profile mixed between an IT Analyst and a Developer.

Tasks:

• Writing clean and well-structured code in collaboration with the developers
• Translate and breakdown requirements
• Support improving our technical foundation and release processes
• Working on strategic projects and communicate with stakeholders across the value chain from business and tech

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of trading systems and financial markets
• Experience with Java or scripting languages such as Python , Perl, Powershell
• Experience with Linux
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of products, processes and IT systems in a capital markets organization
• Working experience with Financial information message exchange protocol FIX and Swift will be an advantage
