Master Data Analyst for Vendor Master Data (Team Digitalization & Systems, Procurement Business Development)

1. Lead business initiative “Process, Business Rules and Activities for securing Vendor Master Data Quality”
   o current state analysis and desired state definition for working methodically with vendor master data quality
   o setting up plan for 2024, definition of stakeholders, roles & responsibilities required to achieve targets
   o lead execution of the set plan, including collaboration with
    Business Process Owner for Supplier Management
    Vendor Master Data team (who focus on SAP S4/HANA & SAP MDG implementation and data migration)
    Data quality team (QING) to hands-on update data in source system
   o expected result: established process and business rules to hand over to maintenance after initiative completion
2. Operational support after go-live in SAP S4/HANA release in May 2024
   o 15 000 vendors uploaded to SAP in May, need for hypercare and trouble-shooting
   o support the AMS (application management support) team in terms of efficient incident management and providing business input where necessary

Where will the assignment be performed (Onsite, Hybrid, offsite)
Hybrid, our policy is being in the office (Scania, Södertälje Syd) 3 workdays per week..

Education
University degree within Data/IT/computer science or equivalent
Relevant business & technical knowledge
Experience with data management in SAP S4/HANA (esp. Vendor Master Data), data quality (5+ years)

Language
Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
