Working closely with stakeholders in Business Areas – BIO, Portfolio Management, Process Management, Embedded IT to ensure a coherent IT Delivery from IT.
1. IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Expertise:
Extensive ITIL knowledge and IT infrastructure delivery experience.
Proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
Competence in IT service quality management and SLA monitoring.
Proficiency in handling operational escalations for smooth IT service operations.
2. Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
Strong stakeholder management skills for building relationships.
Leadership ability to lead virtual teams and align project portfolios.
Experience in participating in governance processes like steering committees (Steerco:s).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
3. Project Management and Adaptability:
Project management background with a history of project success.
Adaptability in navigating complex IT environments.
Skill in architectural alignments for strategic IT solutions.
Fluent proficiency in Swedish for effective communication.
