Ensure functionality and give support of workplace (good knowledge about computer, monitor, docking station etc)Managing yearly PC refresh together with global IT

Onbarding/offboarding process
Requesting accounts and accesses, exit etc
Education/intro
Support
Support and troubleshooting of computer, phones, conference rooms, printers etc

Organizational
Daily contact with global IT/Service Delivery Manager/Support team

We´re looking for a person with high social skills who are not afraid of learning new stuff and supporting users on different levels.

The person must be good at cooperate and must also be very service minded. We are a small team which mean that right person is more important than a high level of technical skills.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,7%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
