Process and Methodology Specialist

As part of the group External Collaboration & PDM Operations you will join a curious, including, and ambitious group of people. Apart from supporting our external collaborations within Engineering we also work within the areas of structure management, CAD/BOM-alignment and user management connected to our PLM/PDM systems at Volvo Cars.
The group External Collaboration & PDM Operations is a part of the Product Documentation department belonging to the Engineering Office.

What you will do?
Your main responsibility will be to contribute to our deliveries towards an Operational development project aiming to introduce 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) at Volvo Cars Engineering.
Our contribution in the project is mainly in the area of Supplier & partner collaboration, and in People & Organization (Security Model & User Management).
You will be involved in our project deliveries like requirements, concepts, use cases, risk management, testing, etc.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have Technical University degree or equivalent working experience.
You have previous experience from assignments within product documentation or operational development and are highly skilled in PLM-related processes and methodologies used at Volvo Cars.
Experience from working with administrative task within 3DX are also meritorious.

You are communicative person with positive attitude and proactive mindset. You have good collaboration skills and are comfortable with co-operating and communicating with people on different levels as well as working independently when needed. Great sense of personal organisation and good administrative skills are crucial to excel in this role.
