To improve our colleague experience and be able to measure the same company’s plan to introduce Digital Experience monitoring / proactive monitoring solution.

Purpose is to providing insights for hardware and software lifecycle management, get better insights into our colleague’s digital workplace experience and increase our capabilities for proactive incident solution

We seek a consultant to perform a pre-study regarding a Digital Experience monitoring / proactive monitoring solution for the company. Initial focus will be on colleague laptops and mobile phones.

Your role will include:
• Driving the pre-study in a self-sufficient way
• Collecting requirement from different parts of the organization
• Creating a short list of potential solutions based on your previous experience of DEX platforms
• Initiate a dialogue with and meet potential suppliers together with stakeholders
• Perform an evaluation with shortlisted potential suppliers together with stakeholders
• Final delivery will be a recommendation with pros and cons aligned with stakeholders

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have the following qualities/competencies:
• 5+ years of strong technical project management, proven records of driving initiative from start to finish
• Ability to communicate with experience of bringing together multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to execute on a common mission
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong understanding and functional knowledge of Digital Experience monitoring / proactive monitoring platforms

Managed Service Devices area within Digital Workplace are the engineering team and will be the owner of this DEX tool, you will also work close with members of the team throughout this project.
