Project Manager for PAM project
Job Description
Project Manager with responsibility for a project in a highly prioritized strategic program within the area of Cyber Security – Identity Access Management, with specific focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). In this role you will, together with the Product Owner, be leading one out of a total of five tracks in the program. As the PM you will act as the liaison partner to the external supplier with responsibility to deliver on the commitments of the track. In the role you will partner with the Product Owner and report to the Program Manager of the overall program. The tracks’ and program’s success relies on contributions from the wider organization of our client, outside the project organization, hence a great level of stakeholder management and clear communication is required. In your role you will be responsible for liaising with and aligning project sponsor, business owners, other involved tech areas and technical team members.
You will be responsible for developing project plans, prioritize project work, team leadership, status tracking and reporting, following up and aligning with stakeholders as well as driving progress.
Description of knowledge and experience:
Project Manager experienced in managing and implementing IT projects specifically within Identity Access Management in the area of Cyber Security.
Experience with Supplier Management is required.
In addition experience within Privileged Access Management and experience or familiarity with Mainframe/RACF is highly beneficial.
Ability to establish, lead and deliver projects and manage a wide variety of ongoing activities.
Work independently and naturally takes responsibility to meet the project commitments while delivering the business requirements.
Strong technical mindset as well as great communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical specifications and requirements in to specific activities and deliverables.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within similar role

- A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of access control systems generally and preferably specifically within Privileged Access Management
