Project Manager for ServiceNow projects (Pharma Industry)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run two ServiceNow related projects. You will need to navigate in a technical environment where focus will be on utilising the ServiceNow platform.
The objective of the first project is to utilise AI capabilities provided by ServiceNow to support processes in the Global Service Desk organisation. The objective of the second project is to implement digital workflows supporting processes in the Cloud Management organisation.
Your responsibility will be to manage and secure progress and delivables in the two projects. You will work with a core team of technical architects/developers, experts from LoB and other external reources.
Your tasks will include:
Secure smooth and strong collaboration between all stakeholders
General coordination of the project
Requirements gathering
Resource commitment
Capacity planning
StC and management presentations
Focus on benefit realisation
Required Skills:
General Project Management
Stakeholder Management and general people skills
Presentation skills
Knowledge of ServiceNow, especially within ITSM and digital workflows is preferred
General knowledge of IT processes e.g. IT Service Management and Cloud Management is preferred
Previous experience running projects with the client is preferred
