Requirement Engineer

Responsible to support Requirement Owner in breakdown / allocation of requirements to solution areas.

Monitor verification and validation of concepts / solutions by close collaboration with engineering function.

Participate in crossfunctional team and support product development in developing and choosing best technical solution which meets agreed upon requirements.

Manage and drive multiple requirement areas, balance, and harmonize defined requirements for assigned projects.

Gather market input from brand and support Product Development for developing alternate concepts and finalize best solution fulfilling technical and commercial needs. Take lead to ensure all requirements are properly documented and fulfilled.

Facilitate balancing of requirements and ensure final agreed upon requirements are properly documented in approved tool.

Secure Verification and Validation to fulfill project requirement by coordinating with stakeholders on current status and potential risks.

On Expert level the employee is a recognized expert in Requirement Engineering typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

– Experienced project lead and an established coach, mentor and educator to others in VG

– Known subject matter expert and a natural goto person for complex discipline related issues

– Strong Tshaped profile (either building deeper discipline excellence or developing mature generalist toolbox)

– Known product owner, often contributing to project roadmaps/strategies within context of industry trends

– Clear articulation of value creation by joining up the dots between their work and the TD/BA strategy.
