About the organization R&D – Core System Software

In this part of R&D, our client code the base software on the Core Computer to refine computational power and to enable successful integration with applications. The teams work in an agile manner organized according to SAFe to be able to quickly adjust to changing requirements.  

They work with a state-of-the-art embedded multiprocessor environment from Nvidia including hypervisors, Linux, QNX, Rust and other modern technologies.

Role Specifics – Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master you will be an important part of our Agile Release Train (ART). You will work together with other agile leaders to create a high-performance organization. They are relying on their Scrum Masters to be servant leaders and coach the teams using agile team practices with focus on flow and taking lead in continuous improvements.  As a Scrum Master for the Secure Gateway domain in the car previous working experience from the automotive industry is required and network security experience is desired.

Main responsibilities

Support the teams to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices.
Facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity as well as staying focused on the team’s iteration goals.
Facilitate team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective.
Working closely with the Product Owner and the Team Manager in your efforts to manage backlogs, expectations, risks, priorities, scope and the team mood.
Communicate with management and stakeholders, collaborate with other Scrum Masters to learn and improve own profession.
Facilitate preparation and readiness for ART ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos and the Inspect and Adapt.


We are looking for you who are a true servant leader with an agile mindset.
You have worked with coaching and change management as well as leading software development projects.
At least 10 years of experience from working with Software Development.
At least 5 years of experience from working as Scrum Master or Agile leader.
Previous professional experience from the automotive industry.
Fluent in English.

Desirable skills
Experience within the network security domain.
Experience from creating and establishing Software Development Processes.
