Senior Expert in Cybersecurity & Functional Safety

The Cyber security-team facilitate & leads cyber security risk analysis and provide expert support to guide functional concept development. To develop the system-level concepts and designs intended to secure functionality in current, future, and legacy products. Collaborate with other security architects, product owners and Function Owners in order to develop security concepts that enable the requisite business purpose, whilst also adequately mitigating identified risks. Apply knowledge of security design at overall product architecture and system architecture levels.

Identify design concepts which promote secure reuse of assets, cost benefits and risk optimization. Reverse engineering complex architectures where applicable and identify potential solutions for risk mitigation. Document the design and write security requirements intended for further detailed break-down by security engineers and development teams.

On Senior Expert level the employee is recognized both within and outside the organization as thought leader in area of expertise. Recognized across Volvo Group as an expert in their discipline. In addition required to have long years experience and undisputable expertise in Functional Safety in order to lead & guide the Teams to deliver safe products.
