Senior Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Create and drive the time plan for the execution of defined propositions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate integration activities for the delivery of products to all markets.
Coordinate and drive the device delivery plan according to the agreed scope and definition together with the Delivery Team, involving Integration Delivery Managers, Technical Product Managers, and Proposition Management.
Track key dependencies related to the project and ensure that the needs are clear to the respective teams.
Drive tradeoff decisions and be agile, actively re-planning as necessary.
Communicate clearly, completely, and concisely.
The role includes management responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

Relevant experience (5 years) as a Project Manager.
A history (5 years) in SW and HW development roles (developer, solution architect, or similar) in tech companies.
Experience working with a mix of internal and external teams, both in-house and across the world.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the flexibility to work within hybrid models.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science).
Project Management certifications are appreciated (PMP, SAFe, Scrum).
Fluency in English and Swedish.

Highly developed communication skills, with adaptability to varying situations and audiences, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels.
Ability to manage tasks and deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
Availability for sporadic travel (approximately 1 week every 2-3 months).
