About the Role
As Senior Software Component Owner, you’ll be the central point of contact for all software-related questions and decisions for your node. From specifying requirements to integration, testing, and release, you’ll ensure lifecycle excellence for our entertainment systems, meeting functional, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Release Management
Define and monitor node metrics (e.g., memory utilization, CPU load).
Lead Release Readiness Reviews (RRR) and represent nodes in Engineering Design Reviews (EDR).
Own SW-related Design Change Notices (D-DCN) and ensure alignment with milestones.
Collaborate with hardware owners to synchronize SW/HW requirements.
Prepare delivery and release documentation.

Integration & Verification
Ensure seamless integration of software components and address baseline issues.
Verify software functionality on appropriate hardware
Oversee testing and resolve deviations to meet quality benchmarks.

Documentation & Administration
Manage node documentation, part numbers, and variants in KOLA.
Ensure SW/HW compatibility in SW Configurator and confirm diagnostics are correct in SEWS.
Communicate calibration needs and replacement chains to production and aftermarket teams.

Collaboration & Support
Support Product Owners and Project Managers in proactive planning (e.g., FMEA, HARA).
Address Product Issue Log (PIL) concerns and prioritize solutions.
Act as a technical contact for suppliers, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.

Qualifications
Experience: 5 years in software development, integration, or related fields, preferably in automotive.
Technical Skills:
Strong software integration knowledge and component tuning expertise.
Familiarity with log analysis and fault tracing tools.
Cybersecurity knowledge (merit).
