Qualifications:

You are an WPF Expert
Dependency Property value precedence
You have experience with Developing a custom ItemsControl
User Controls vs Custom Controls
You know the differences between Style triggers, ControlTemplate triggers and DataTemplate triggers
You have knowledge of Virtualization (Performance)
WPF TreeView performance is a bonus
