Service Delivery Leader

As an End-to-end Digital Service Designer and Owner, your role involves designing and delivering comprehensive service experiences for customers. Your role also involves overseeing the technical aspects of a service throughout its lifecycle

You are technically responsible for the Service flow through many applications. A Service most probably contains applications that You do not own but are dependent on to deliver Your Service Technically E2E. You need to be able to coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to deliver results for the Service. An example on a Service could be Uptime Monitoring.

The role includes that You will define our digital Service direction and related roadmaps for infrastructure and end-user services, and to steer transformations accordingly. Focus on the business benefits thanks to best possible technical choices and sourcing of deliveries for a business customer.
