Job Description

Our client has the ambition to create a new strategy to define a set of well-defined, transformative goals for 2030, enabling period-based, tactical OKRs to be defined with the new long-term goals in mind.

The strategy project will be run by a virtual, part-time core team consisting of the clients leaders with strategy creation experience, but their bandwidth will at times be limited. A high-level scope, approach and plan already exist. The approach will be a combination of desk work and facilitated workshops, run from February to June.

Our client is looking for a consultant to lead the project: oversee the plan, orchestrate the virtual core team, prepare and facilitate workshops, help create content, and secure the delivery of the final product to be broadcasted in June. The strategy will be a joint effort and co-created by many contributors, so the synthesizing of a congruent and clear narrative will be key.

Skill requirements

• Experience from workshop-based, content-focused pre-studies is a must, with a strong storytelling ability.

• Experience from strategy work and IT-related strategic thinking is a plus, but the consultant will not be expected to independently produce the main strategic ideas.

• Experience from leading or co-leading small pre-studies in an environment with many part-time stakeholders

• Experience from preparing, facilitating and synthesizing inclusive co-creation workshops

• A creative and proactive mindset, with an ability to independently create content based on ideas co-created with the senior leaders in the virtual core team.
