Lead the development of mission-critical telephony and radio systems as Tech Lead in Gothenburg. Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with project managers, architects, and product owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to top standards. You hold strong programming skills in C#, at least 5 years as a Tech Lead or Product Owner, and excel in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication. Swedish citizenship and security clearance required.
