Technical Lead and Scrum master

Join our client as a Technical project manager and Scrum master and play a pivotal role in shaping a seamless and innovative customer experience for their eCommerce and self-service platforms, used by hundreds of thousands each month. As part of our IT Online team of approximately 30 colleagues across four agile teams, you’ll contribute to building user-focused solutions that make an impact.

Your Role

Our client is developing a new B2B Self-Service Administration Portal, enabling business customers to manage mobile subscriptions, invoices, and more. This is an exciting Nordic collaboration between Denmark and Sweden, involving stakeholders and product owners from both countries.

Working within a cross-functional Scrum team – comprising developers, business analysts, product owners, UX designers and QA – you will secure the progress of the development team. Your will report to the overall project manager for the B2B Major Initiative and be responsible for detail planning. You will also work in close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders from both the Danish and Swedish organization to ensure right focus and progress according to agreed plans.

You will also be the Scrum master in the development team, ensuring that the team has a productive work environment by guarding the team from external influences, removing any obstacles, and enforcing Scrum principles, aspects, and processes. You will be in charge for the agile ceremonies.

What We’re Looking For

We see you as an experienced hands-on project manager and scrum master for continuous ensuring the progress and delivery of the development team, with a solid understanding and experience of the agile mindset in a Scrum master role. At the same time, you are confident in reporting to the MI Project manager, planning the work and ensuring progress according to that.

Your background includes:

Experience in diverse industries, ideally including telecom.
A track record of contributing to B2B Self-service solutions.
Comfort working in larger organizations, collaborating with various stakeholders


As a proactive problem-solver, you naturally take ownership of tasks and thrive in a leadership role. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate not only within the development team but also with the surrounding stakeholders. Your leadership ability is key and one of your most important responsibilities is to guard the team and help them defend the processes and decisions that are set up and made. You have a winning approach but still a tough skin.

You will work closely with the developers, UX designers and business analysts in an agile way of working with continuous delivery. You will be part of the on-going development, learning the surrounding systems and discussing solutions, speaking both developers’ language as well as the stakeholders’.

Working within a cross-functional Scrum team – comprising both frontend and backend developers, business analysts, testers, product owners, and UX designers you will be an important addition in terms of efficient deliveries, applying agile mindset, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
